VitalaMilk is BC’s only milk with the additional benefits of DHA Omega-3 and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). The feed of our free-run Vitala cows is enriched to enable them to naturally produce higher levels of these two important fatty acids, both of which are being shown to have an important role in our diets. Local

Our free-run Vitala cows live on a local family farm here in Abbotsford, BC. Their specially formulated diet is enriched with a combination of DHA Omega-3, flaxseed and organic selenium. This highly refined diet is what helps our cows produce DHA Omega-3 and CLA naturally. By not adding anything to our milk we are able to ensure its fresh, uncompromised taste. Because our milk only has a short trip to Avalon Dairy from our farm in Abbotsford, it arrives on store shelves farm-fresh and delicious.
