Try this delicious Blueberry Smoothie:

2 cups (500 ml) milk
2 CUps (500 ml) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup 125 ml) vanilla flavoured yogurt
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey

In a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey; purée until smooth. Pour into glasses, put your feet up, and enjoy!

Looking for a new, easy to make egg recipe?
Try this one:
 

Ingredients:
1 tsp butter
1 Vitala Egg
2 Tbsp Vitala Milk
1 slice cheddar cheese

Directions:
Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium hear. In a small bowl, wisk together both egg and milk. Cook until bubbles appear, flip over and add cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and enjoy!
