we have boiled some of your eggs for salad and we found that they were shiny when we peeled them. we hesitated to eat them. any comments?

hello again. i just soft boiled one of your eggs in the same carton (the best before date is the 17th)and it was also shiny. once again, any comments? - perhaps free run DHA Omega-3 Eggs are all shiny due to contents...
